Before and After: Serene Master Bedroom

Crystal recently finished this amazing master bedroom design for a client, and we thought it might give you some inspiration! It started as a pretty average bedroom, which I love because often you see transformations of spaces that just have spectacular bones. If you’re like me, you think, yes the end result looks incredible, but my space could never look like that. Well this transformation proves that you can make a space beautiful even if it doesn’t have amazing high ceilings, or wood beams, or huge windows.

So after Crystal comes to visit your home and talk to you for an hour or two about your decor hopes and dreams, she gets to work designing incredible inspiration boards for your rooms. This board doesn’t represent the actual pieces that will end up in your room, but helps her communicate her vision to you and see if you love it! If you don’t, she can go back to the drawing board until you both agree on something.

Slide1After the board is created, Crystal works hard to source the pieces on the board within your budget. We love Crystal’s eye for transformation. In this inspiration board you can see two matching end tables she bought from us. They had black marble tops and were pretty plain on the bottom, but had good structure and were well made. They were also the right dimensions for her client, so she knew she could use them. Crystal had us refinish them in Polo Blue Matte and had glass tops cut to replace the marble. Then she picked out modern brass pulls for some contrast. Now, this bed is flanked by two really unique pieces that add a lot of visual interest to the space! M Lindsay Photography This room turned out so beautifully. The color scheme is light, making the room feel bright and airy. Crystal mixes styles so effortlessly. The mid-century dresser feels right at home next to more modern touches.
