Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. To ensure clarity and transparency regarding our policies, please review our final sale policy outlined below:

Definition of Final Sale: all items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credits, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective upon receipt.

Product Inspection Upon Delivery:

We encourage customers to thoroughly inspect their purchased items upon delivery or pickup. If any damage or defect is noticed, please inform our team immediately or contact our customer service within 24 hours of receipt.

Damaged or Defective Products:

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery or pickup to arrange for a replacement or repair. Proof of purchase and documentation of the damage may be required.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders for final sale items cannot be canceled once they have been processed. Please ensure that your order is accurate and meets your specifications and timelines before finalizing the purchase.

Modification of Policy:

MegMade reserves the right to modify or update this final sale policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or in-store.

Payments and Timelines

Our current production estimate is 8-10 weeks but can vary based on demand and the piece. This is an estimate and not a guarantee. Our pieces are one of a kind and come with their own one of a kind issues which can occasionally extend this timeline. We at MegMade believe that treasures are worth the wait and what remains consistent is our commitment to getting you your piece as quickly as possible. We require full-payment up front to get your piece entered into our production timeline. 

Our Guarantee

We stand behind our pieces! If you have any trouble with chipping on our refinished vintage pieces within the first year of receiving your piece we’ll coordinate fixing to the best of our ability.  After a year, any wear and tear experienced is typically due to time and use, however we are still happy to offer advice based on our experience.

Local Delivery

Pick-ups and drop-offs are always welcome! We have loading and unloading support Monday-Friday during store hours. For local delivery, we partner with a professional delivery service Schlep. Their price includes white glove delivery and typically ranges between $80-$160 depending on size of the piece and location. Once payment is made or you’re notified that your piece is complete you’re free to schedule delivery at any time through Schlep.it. Out-Of-State Delivery

We partner with some amazing, independent contractors. This service includes blanket wrapped delivery to your door. Most of our shippers are lone wolves so, unfortunately, this service does not include white glove. Please note that given their shipping routes this service takes time to set up and you’ll need to allow 2 to 8 additional weeks for delivery. We will always do the best we can to have your piece delivered as quickly as possible.
