Thank you for shopping at MegMade. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Online Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Please allow 5-7 business days for warehouse processing. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. For shipping inquiries, please contact us at hello@megmade.com.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Personalized shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

Smaller items may ship UPS/Fedex.  Large items will ship via a freight partner.  Please choose your delivery option at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.  Please contact hello@megmade.com for delivery request assistance.

Damages

MegMade will file a claim for damaged items delivered via white glove delivery and will issue a replacement after the resolution of the claim.  Please note that threshold, curbside orders are not eligible for damage claims.  We recommend white glove deliveries for product protection.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.  Our team will request photos, videos, and additional information to process your claim.  Please allow 2-4 weeks for claim resolution.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Vintage One-Of-A-Kind Shipping Policy

We ship all mid sized items via Greyhound Package Express (small dresser, chairs, coffee tables, lamps, other fabulous small things.) IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for in-transit damage -- it is the responsibility of the third party shipping company. Please consider this policy carefully before making a purchase. Most shipping companies will offer insurance, so upon receipt, please please look it over carefully because after you take it you cannot file a claim.
