Expect Shipping Delays Due To High Traffic Volume


The world is a crazy place right now! Our main priority is safety, love, and grace. Here at MegMade, we understand that going store shopping may not be the best option for you right now. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to have our in-store experience while shopping online! Here are some steps we are taking to ensure a safe way to shop throughout this time. 

1.We've Taken Steps To Make Our Website Shoppable 

Our website is shoppable! We have been constantly updating our site to add all of the unfinished pieces we get in along with our regular inventory. You can also see our design packages and services that we can provide directly online, so you can truly shop from home! We'd love to collaborate with you to help you create exactly what you're looking for, but shopping around our website to get some ideas is a great place to start!

2. We Can Do FaceTimes To Help You Choose Your Pieces/How You Want It To Look

We're energized by our ability to give our customers a home like no other, and that means helping you every step of the way. Choosing the right pieces for your home can be tricky, but we're here to help! Email hello@megmade.com to set up a time to chat, and we'll help you pick out pieces and finishes that will make your home your own! The amazing part of our business is that we provide such a one-on-one experience to every customer with their pieces. We want to give you that same in-store experience through FaceTime or whatever method you prefer. 

3. We Can Provide Online Invoices Through Email

For any items that aren't on our website that you are interested in (such as redoing a customer-owned piece), online invoices are a great way to pay without coming into the store. Once you've talked through what you're looking for and feel excited about the pieces that we can provide, MegMade can send email invoices for you to complete your payment directly online. Just click the button that says "Complete Your Purchase", and it will take you to a site to fill out your card information. We also accept Apple Pay and PayPal. 

4. We Have Shippers That Can Ship To Your Home

MegMade works with a third-party shipping company, Schlep, that can ship your pieces directly to you. Even if you have a piece to pick up that can fit in your car, if it makes you more comfortable we can schedule a delivery directly to your home. We use Schlep for all of our delivery needs, they're reliable and quality shippers that care about your pieces as much as you do. Give us a call, and we would be happy to help you set up a delivery time and date. 

5. We Work With FedEx For Shipping Smaller Items

As always, smaller items can be shipped directly to your home by FedEx. We have great decor and accessories online that you'll love! You can check out directly from our website, and we can send your items right to your doorstep.
