From our family to yours, Happy Thanksgiving y'all! This year has had so many ups and downs. We recognize that this is a really hard week for so many people. Family traditions won't happen this year, and my heart breaks for everyone. If there's anything I've learned from my years on this Earth, it's that continuing to be thankful for what you do have throughout the hard times can get you through anything. Let's all try to remain grateful for the things we DO have in our lives, like family, friends, and Thanksgiving family FaceTimes! Even if you're not having family over, bring out the fancy dishes and celebrate, or do what we did last night and eat off paper plates!! Do whatever makes sense for you!
Thanksgiving is such an amazing time to reflect. This week has really got me thinking about all the amazing people in my life. Here are a few things I'm thankful for:
1. My Family - To my family, and my friends that have become family over the years, I am SO grateful for you. It takes a village to raise three amazing boys, and I'm so thankful for the people who have been with me through all the highs and lows. My kids and husband are everything to me, and I'm so proud of the life that Joe and I have been able to create together with some amazing people in our corner.
2. Finding My Passion - It takes many people their whole lives to find their why, and I'm so grateful to have found mine! I love the idea that I can create a lasting impact on families through my home designs and products. Creating spaces for families and friends to spend quality time and make memories brings me so much joy.
3. YOU GUYS - I am so grateful for the love and support y'all have given to my family and I. Our passion for what we do is fueled everyday by the amazing we get to meet in the process. Thank you all so much for coming along with us on this crazy journey - the best is yet to come!
